This is just a random selection of the feedbacks we have
had over the years of teaching the locksmithing courses, please take the
time to fill in the form and tell us what you thought of the course once
taken, your feedback is much appreciated and acted upon.
Hi Ken, Martin, Sandy
Just wanted to drop you a line and say thanks
for everything so far. I was going to put pen to paper as I thought it
would be more appropriate and a little more formal. However, as it happens
I am still rushing round (more than before even!) trying to sort out a few
final bits and peices before I leave work Friday 5th March.
So here it is, a formal thanks, firstly to
yourself Martin in replying to every email I sent before the course then
secondly to all of you, for delivering exactly what it said on the tin!
Seriously, hats off to you guys for the course last week and all your
advice etc. Apart from there being a lot to take in I was pleased with the
way in which the course was delivered and feel that I couldn't have got
off to a better start in the industry. Please feel free to use this letter
if you want to as a testamonial for your website, leaflets or whatever, I
really dont mind.
Anyway, I will be in touch this weekend to try
and persuade you to let me come out on a warrant perhaps one day next week
as you said it would be ok. Apart from that thanks again, speak to you
soon.
Kind regards
Tim
Hi! Ken, i've been called to quite a few mortice locks
recently as you probably know by the phone calls you've had, i've always
managed to get to the side of the lock where you don't have to go through
the bolt so far but eventually i will come across a locked door with the
bolt to the right hand side. Please could you give me the benefit of your
experience when faced with a situation like this and / or any trade secrets
that there may be and give me the best methods and every method that there
is to beat the lock from this side. I realise i may be asking a lot but i've
been getting a lot of calls lately and i know it's inevitable that it's
going to happen sooner or later, all the help you have given me so far has
been spot on and got me through any problems that i have had, i anxiously
await your reply, all the best
...........Derek... PS say hi! to

Sandy, Ken and Martin just a quick e-mail just
to say how good I thought your course was this weekend, I will be
recommending it to anyone who is interested in getting into the
locksmithing trade. I also thought that your course techniques were
relaxed but informative but most off all you were a good laugh, I'M STILL
SMILING NOW.
Cheers, I'll buy you all a beer next time I see you.
P.S
The cordless drill you used in the class
was it 12v ?

Hi Sandra & Ken,
Just a quick note to say thanks
for the course, it was great, and to ask for the link to the website you
spoke of. Also, did Ken manage to get the couple of keys done for us - the Z
series master?
Thanks again.
Colin
Hi Sandy
Just a quick note to say thanks for all the
help you all were on the course also you said if we sent you an email when
we got back you would send us some webshots.
Once again thanks for your help and I have no
doubt you will be hearing from me in the near future.
Cheers
Brett
Thanks very much for a great course last weekend. The
course surpassed the previous course I attended down in Swindon. I have
recommended the course to an old Police friend who is due to retire.
I am writing this email to ask if you could supply
a password to get into the restricted site for the updated photographs for
drilling.
When I got back home I looked at the pack you supplied me
and noticed that the email address on my business card was incorrect. Do
not worry as I have ordered business cards from a local firm.
I wish you well for the future, although I am sure we will
meet up again at another one of your courses.
Thanks in anticipation
Thx very much for your time and help which is
greatly appreciated, your defiantly on the top of my list for a Christmas
card, I have requested a catalogue as advised via hpc distributors in the
UK "Rimmer Bros", I dont want to sound to eager but whilst I am awaiting
receipt of this catalogue to set up an account, can I purchase the general
purpose 2-1 3-5 leverlock pick from you please, so can you give me a
price for this and a billing address, and a big thankyou for the access to
your restricted site, and as I said in my previous e-mail nothing
knowledge/tools I get from you will be divulged on yahoo or any other
site, I currently have two doors set up, 1 containing numerous
rim-cylinder and numerous padlocks all of which I can open beit with
normal manual picking, shims, or pick gun, but the other door has several
mortice/lever locks fitted and as you can imagine I am rather eager to
gain the knowledge that will allow me to open them, that is why I need to
get hold of a 2-1 pick 3/5 lever as soon as possible, so as mentioned
earlier if you can give me a price of this and payment address I can have
a cheque whistling its way to you in the next post, and hopefully in the
next week or two I should be able to purchase further equipment via the
catalogue. Once again for you help.
ALAN
Hi
Sandy and all,
First of all let me say a big thank you for the efforts you made with us all
last weekend.
I really feel I learned a lot but equally important was the
enjoyment/activity element of the weekend too.
Can I have access to the restricted site please? I haven't got a key for
it!!
Thanks once again. I get the feeling I'll be back for more. I'm sure Spain
has more than just Euro locks somewhere.
regards
Ray
Hi
Many thanks for the great training course, I
came home eager to practise my new skills on the front door, the garage,
the shed and just about anything that kept still long enough. I aim to
invest in some tools and start my own locksmiths.
Please could you send me the link to the web
shots.
Thanks once again.

Mr. Ken Dale
Hello again and thank you for a grate seminar last weekend.
We spoke last Sunday about Mr. Phil Shera, Safe deposit Locks , seminars in
USA and contacts. You asked me to send you an e mail so you could send me
those addresses. I would apreciate if you could send some info as soon as

It's Mick McNamara here.Attended you course on 11 and 12 of October. Just
a few lines to ask you about setting up a website for me,sorting out my
business pack and also about joining the ALOA. I've got a name for the
website- MDMLocks.com all I need now is your help to get it up and
running. Any help on these matters is gratefully received.
Thanks for a brilliant course...turned me into a saddo though,I keep
looking at locks and wanting to pick them!!
Hope to hear from you soon,
Mick McNamara
thoroughly enjoyed the course last weekend,
thank you. It has given me inspiration to learn as much as I can over the
next few years regarding locks etc. I will take your offer though to
return on another course at a later date, as there were a couple of things
that need covering again. (I have a small bag of Yale type keys that I'm
totally bewildered by as it was not explained to me!)
As regards to purchasing tools, do I need to
supply company details when ordering? I notice on the questionnaire for
Souber tools that they ask if I am a bona fide Locksmith for instance.
Where would the best place be to order a "2in1
pick" etc? ( I can use the 2 pieces of wire but I do not think that a
prospective customer would be too impressed waiting a couple of days to
gain entry to their property!)
Thanks again,
regards,
Paul Jordan
Hi Sandy,
Just to thank you all for the great time l had attending the course, and the
indepth training l received.
I am at present trying to purchase a 2 in one lock pick, but unfortunately l
am not having much success l have tried City Safe who sent me their
catalogue (which took 8 weeks and 6 phone calls,) but it has no mention of 2
in one picks.
l know SKS have them, but i remember you advising that there is a better
quality version on the market.
Also, have you any news about the web site construction yet? l have just
entered an ad into next years yellow pages.
Unfortunately, due to a slipped disc l have been restricted to the amount of
work l have been able to do, but have earned more than the course fee!
Until l am fully fit again l am keeping myself busy perfecting my skills,
hence the need to purchase the 2 in one pick.
Hope you can help.
Regards for now,
Dave Eaton Hereford
